At YEIA, we believe in bringing education back to the heart of our neighborhoods, where it once served as the foundation of strong, connected communities. We stand with young people navigating a world of deep challenges, and we meet them with solutions rooted in care, consistency, and community. We know that education, mentorship, and opportunity belong to every child. We nurture the whole self, mind, body, and spirit, because our future depends on how we care for our youth today.

YEIA envisions a world where every young person, regardless of background, has the power, the voice, and the opportunity to transform their future and the future of their community.
Through leadership, education, and collective action, we are breaking the cycles of poverty and injustice and replacing them with pathways to excellence, resilience, and hope.
We are not just preparing students for success, we are preparing them to lead, to advocate, and to build a better tomorrow.

- Empower at-risk youth across Atlanta to break through systemic obstacles and reach their highest potential.
- Advance academic achievement, leadership development, and civic engagement through equitable education strategies.
- Support all ages of our youth socially, emotionally, and mentally by providing strong mentorship and wraparound care.
- Drive long-term community transformation by investing in the growth of youth, families, and accessible education.
